| Writer's Block: Ten for the Tenth |

Just 10? Tricky.
In no particular order: The Dreaming - Kate Bush Best O' Boingo - Oingo Boingo Republic - New Order Is It... - Man Or Astroman Black Celebration - Depeche Mode Can't Buy A Thrill - Steely Dan Suzanne Vega - Suzanne Vega Year of the Cat - Al Stewart Steeltown - Big Country
Ten seems too restrictive. Which could I kick off to make The Clash's Combat Rock fit? How can I shoehorn in Guadalcanal Diary, Simon and Garfunkle, Sarah McLachlan, Quarterflash, The English Beat, No Doubt, The Planet P Project or any number of others? Even if one wants to count boxed sets (Citizen Steely Dan would let me slip in more Steely Dan), ten is too few.

There's a little more activity over at my myspace page, not that it's a frenzied hive of activity. It's mainly just an effort to trick myself into going through my digital photos occasionally rather than the shoot/burn to cd/forget cycle I'm prone to. As the frequency of updates there suggests, it hasn't been an altogether successful scheme. |
